Delete your data (English)

There is no account to delete

Crystalysis never asks you to create an account or to sign in. To store your cloud backup, the game signs in anonymously and Unity Gaming Services issues a random player ID for your installation. We hold no name, e-mail address or Google account of yours — only that random ID and the game progress stored under it.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, from inside the game (recommended)

  1. Open Crystalysis and go to the main menu.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap DELETE CLOUD BACKUP.
  4. Tap again to confirm — the button asks a second time so nothing is erased by accident.
  5. The button reports CLOUD BACKUP DELETED when it is done.

This permanently erases your cloud backup from Unity's servers. It takes effect immediately; there is no waiting period.

If you do not see the button, there is no cloud backup associated with your installation — nothing is stored on our side and there is nothing to delete.

Option 2 — Ask us by e-mail

If you have already uninstalled the game and can no longer use the button, e-mail trikyname@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include your Cloud ID. The Cloud ID is shown in Settings, right by the delete button ("Cloud ID: …"), so it helps to copy it down before uninstalling. We will delete the backup and confirm by reply.

Without that ID we have no way to tell which anonymous backup is yours, since we hold no personal information that could identify you.

What gets deleted

The in-game button erases your cloud backup: your best score, unlocked content, in-game currency and fragments, claimed achievements, your leaderboard history and your saved run.

Your entry in the online leaderboard is stored separately and is not removed by that button. To have it removed as well, e-mail us as described in Option 2 and say so — we will delete it and confirm. It contains only a score and your anonymous player ID.

What is deleted when you uninstall

All game data held on the device itself — including any opt-in statistics CSV files — is removed when you uninstall the app. Your cloud backup is not: that is precisely what allows your progress to return if you reinstall. Use one of the two options above to erase it.

How long we keep data

Your cloud backup is kept for as long as you leave it there. We do not expire it, and we do not delete it on our own initiative.

Data held by Unity and Google

Crash and diagnostics reports are processed by Unity Technologies, and advertising data (where rewarded ads are available) by Google. These are not stored under your player ID and are not covered by the steps above; see Unity's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android device settings.
